I guess I'll stick with my previous post and say it was either overcooked or there just wasn't enough fat. Did you use any fillers like breadcrumbs or rusk? I have never used any fillers, but rusk is supposed to help with retaining moisture. It acts like a sponge and absorbs and retains the moisture. Maybe the recipe has too much in it. Personally, I make my own so I don't have any fillers. Anyways, keep on trying, you'll get it. It's well worth the effort!
