Growing up, a German dish called Kale was a family favorite. Included pinkelwurst, tenderloin, and mettwurst, or so I thought. Looking online, the wurst I am looking for IS NOT spreadable, but more like a kielbasi added to the big pot of kale and the other meats. Anyone have any ideas on where to find or how to make this german wurst? Thanks!
