Hi, have found a few problems to overcome when making sausages but there is one whose solution eludes me. When I cook my sausages the skins shrink and the filling is pushed out of the ends. Have tried to be careful with stuffing them and cooking on a lower heat to slow down the shrinkage but to no avail. Does any one have any advice for me?
