Aloha, I just bought a sausage making machine (hand crank style) at a garage sale and I'm anxious to try sausage making. I've cleaned the machine thoroughly and replaced the rubber O-ring that was severly cracked. The machine is ready to go... I'm wondering what I should buy as far as sausage casings. Aside from the casings, is there anything else I will need? I'm anxious to try the recipes on this very informative web site. Brad in Kona
