I found a solution to the problem of the meat squeezing out over the plunger and I thought I would let you know in case anyone else has that same problem. I bought a sink stopper from walmart. Just a circular piece of rubber, kind of thick. Measured the size of the stuffer and used a pencil compass to cut down the sink stopper to that size. Just put it in between the meat and plunger and it worked great
