I'M NEW TO YOUR SITE, AND FIND IT VERY USEFUL. I'VE BEEN MAKING SAUSAGE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND REALLY ENJOY IT. BUT I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE MEAT STICKING TO THE FIBER CASING WHEN I MAKE SALAMI. I'VE TRIED ALL THE TRICKS THAT FOLKS HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT ,BUT THEY DIDN'T WORK. LIKE VINEGAR SOAKING THE CASINGS. SOAKING THEM IN LIQUID SMOKE AND WARM WATER. I THOUGHT MAYBE SOME OF YOUR READERS WOULD HAVE AN IDEA THAT MIGHT WORK. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
