I know I'm late, but do have the official potatoe (Dan Quayle spelling) sausage recipe from Norge. It has been passed down through many generations and to me from my X-mother in law who really has a displeasure for me at this time as I have moved on to another wife, but do love the ptato sausage recipe. Unfortunatly I have moved all of my recipes to Tucson and will have it shortly as it is the best by far. Have also enlisted a local sausage speciality shop to use that recipe as it was better than the one they were using.
