3-lbs ground pork
2-lbs bacon, medium ground
1 1/2-tsp black pepper
5-tsp salt
2-tsbp roasted red pepper, chopped
1/2-tsp savory
1/2-tsp marjoram
4-cloves garlic, minced
1-cup cold water
Mix all ingredients and form into patties or stuff into sheep
casings
