3-lbs ground pork
2-lbs ground veal
4-tsp salt
1-tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1-tsp ground nutmeg
1-tsp ground cloves
1-tsp ground mace
1-tsp ground sage
1/2-cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1-cup water
Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
