Andouille Sausage #3


5-lbs ground pork
2-tbsp salt
2-tbsp garlic powder
1-tbsp paprika
1-tsp cayenne pepper
1-tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4-tsp ground sage
1/4-tsp ground thyme
1/2-cup cold water
3-tbsp liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
