10-lbs ground pork
4-large onions, grated
10-cloves garlic, minced
2-tbsp chopped fresh chopped parsley
1-tbsp minced fresh thyme
1-tbsp minced fresh sweet marjoram
2-tbsp salt
2-tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2-tsp cayenne
1-tsp ground mace
1-tsp ground clove
1-tsp ground allspice
1-tsp ground bay leaf


Combine all, mix well & stuff into hog casing
