13-lb ground pork
1-cup fresh minced garlic
1/2-cup coarse black pepper
2-tbsp granulated garlic
2-tbsp onion powder
4-tbsp salt
3-tbsp dried parsley flakes
4-tbsp cayenne pepper
2-tbsp ground thyme
2-12oz bottle beer

Combine all spices with beer
Combine with meat; mix well and stuff into hog casings
Best if smoked the next day
