Beef Sausage

6-lbs ground beef
2-tsp ground sage
1 1/2-tbsp salt
1 1/2-tsp freshly ground black pepper
1-tsp cayenne
3-cups breadcrumbs
4-tbsp chopped parsley
2-eggs, beaten
1-cup water


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
