Bockwurst

5-lbs ground pork, fine grind
5-lbs ground veal, fine grind
5-cups milk
8-eggs, lightly whisked
2-large onions, chopped
2-tbsp salt
2-tbsp white pepper
2-tbsp sugar
2-tbsp minced dried parsley
1/2-tbsp ground clove
1/4-tbsp dried sage
1/4-tbsp mace


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing
