7-lbs ground pork, fine grind
3-lbs ground veal, fine grind
2-tbsp salt
1-tbsp freshly ground white pepper
2-tsp caraway seeds
2-tsp dried marjoram
2-tsp ground allspice
1 3/4-cup ice water


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing
