Caraway Sausage
5-lbs ground pork
3/4-cup cold white wine
3-tbsp caraway seeds
1-cup chopped fresh parsley
1-cup minced onion
2-tsp brown sugar
4-tsp salt
2-tsp freshly ground black pepper
2-tsp allspice
Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
