Chaurice Sausage

10-lbs ground pork
4-large onions, grated
4-cloves garlic, minced
3-tbsp salt
1 1/2-tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2-tbsp cayenne
1 1/2-tbsp crushed chili peppers
1-tbsp ground allspice
1-tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2-tbsp minced fresh thyme
1-tsp ground bay leaf


Combine all, mix well & stuff into hog casing
