1-pint red wine vinegar
1/2-cup brandy
2-red bell peppers, grated
8-cloves garlic, minced
6-bay leaves, finely crushed
2-tsp salt
3-tbsp chili powder
2-tbsp hot paprika
1-tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1-tsp dried oregano
1-tsp cumin
1-tsp dried thyme
1/2-tsp cinnamon
1/2-tsp ground clove
1/4-tsp powdered ginger
1/4-tsp nutmeg
1/4-tsp ground coriander seed
Combine all, mix well & stuff into hog casing
