4-lbs ground pork
1-tsp marjoram
1-cup dried breadcrumbs
1-tsp ground allspice
1-tsp ground ginger
1-tsp mace
1-tsp nutmeg
1-tsp cloves
1-tsp cayenne pepper
1-tbsp salt
1-tbsp freshly ground pepper


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
