10-lbs ground pork
10-cups breadcrumbs
8-eggs, whisked
20-cloves garlic, minced
3-tbsp salt
1-tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1-tbsp dried thyme
1-tbsp dried basil
1-tbsp dried rosemary
1-tbsp dried marjoram
4-cups ice water


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into sheep casing
