Jason's Pepper-Jacked Pork Sausage

4-lbs ground pork
8-oz pepperjack cheese cut into small cubes
3-diced jalapeno peppers, seeded and vein removed
1-bunch green onion tops

Combine these 3 ingredients to dissolve:
1/4-cup light brown sugar
1/4-cup water
1/4-tsp liquid smoke

2-tbsp garlic powder
1-tbsp onion powder
2-tbsp cayenne powder
1-tbsp salt
1-tbsp paprika
1-tsp sage
1-tsp black pepper

Mix all together and stuff into hog casings
