1-large onion, minced
3-tbsp salt
1-tbsp white pepper
1-tsp freshly ground black pepper
1-tsp cardamom
1/2-tsp allspice
1/2-tsp ground clove
2-cups cold beef stock


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into sheep casing
