Norfolk Beef Sausage
5-lb medium ground beef chuck
1-tbsp basil
1 1/2-tbsp salt
1-tbsp oregano
2-cups ground Parmesan
3-tsp mustard seed
1 1/2-tbsp black pepper
10-cloves pressed garlic
1 1/2-cup red wine
1-small grated onion
Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
