Onion Sausage
10-lbs ground pork
3 1/2-oz salt
2-oz finely chopped onions
1-tbsp coarse black pepper
1-tbsp ground marjoram
12-oz cold beer
4-tbsp liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
