Rosemary Sausage

2-lb ground pork
1 1/2-lb ground beef chuck
1 1/2-lb ground veal
1-tbsp rosemary
1-tsp nutmeg
1-tsp thyme
2-tsp black pepper
1-tsp marjoram
1 1/2-tbsp salt
1-cup white wine


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
