2-lbs ground pork
1-medium onion, finely chopped
3-cloves garlic, minced
2-tsp salt
1-tsp paprika
1/2-tsp crushed dried red peppers
1/2-tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2-tsp cayenne


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing
