1-lb ground pork
1/4-cup minced garlic
1/2-cup of steamed sticky rice
1-tsp freshly ground black pepper
1-tsp salt
1-tsp MSG (optional)
1/4-cup lime juice
2-tbsp fish sauce


Combine the ingredients and place in a covered dish in a fridge overnight
Stuff into casings, or form patties, or meat balls from the
mixture
