5-lbs ground pork
1 1/4-cups minced garlic
2 1/2-cups steamed sticky rice
2 1/2-tsp salt
1 1/4-cup limejuice
10-tbsp fish sauce
10-tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


Combine the ingredients and place in a covered dish in a fridge overnight
Stuff into casings, or form patties, or meat balls from the
mixture
