4-lb ground venison
4-lb ground pork
2-tbsp salt
2-tsp black pepper
3/4-tsp mace
1/4-tsp nutmeg
1/4-tsp ground cloves
1/2-tsp allspice
1-tsp garlic powder

Combine all, mix well & stuff into hog casing
