4-lbs ground beef
2-cups cold milk
1-cup flour
1/2-cup grated onion
3-tbsp salt
2-tbsp ground coriander
1-tbsp sugar
1-tbsp mace
1-tbsp paprika
1/2-tbsp cayenne


Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into sheep casing
