6-lbs ground pork, fine grind
4-lbs ground beef, fine grind
8-cloves garlic, minced
4-tbsp salt
1 1/2-tbsp white pepper
1-tbsp paprika
1-tbsp ground corinader
2-tsp mace
6-tbsp liquid smoke
3-cups ice water
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until it's a
very fine texture
Stuff into sheep casing
